A childcare center is only as good as its safety standards on the worst day. Below is what we do every day so the worst days don't happen.

BUILDING SECURITY

Secure-entry, every door, every day.

    Both buildings use keypad-secured entry. Codes change quarterly.

    Front desk visibility on every entry.

    Drop-off and pickup require photo ID for anyone not on the family's authorized pickup list.

    Surveillance cameras on the playgrounds, hallways, and exterior.

STAFF TRAINING

Trained for the worst day, every day.

    All staff: background-checked through NY OCFS.

    All staff: CPR and First Aid certified, renewed annually.

    All staff: Mandated Reporter training.

    All lead teachers: early childhood credentials.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS

Daily health checks. Posted exclusion guidelines.

    Daily health checks at drop-off.

    Posted illness exclusion guidelines aligned with Niagara County Health Department.

    Hand-washing protocols at meal transitions, after restroom, after outdoor time.

    Cleaning and disinfection protocols throughout the day.

    Allergy and medication tracking with NY OCFS-compliant documentation.
